Parklands College
Parklands College is a MaxIQ Space Centre of Excellence and the natural home for the continent's first SEEC. The conference runs from Parklands College's Innovation Centre, set in the Table View / Bloubergstrand area of Cape Town, close to the Atlantic coastline.
Learners at Parklands have successfully placed experiments on NASA High Altitude Balloons and ASRI Sounding Rockets — the same hands-on ethos that shapes SEEC South Africa's programme.
Regional space tours — 15 to 17 March 2027
Optional tours to major Western Cape space facilities, including SANSA Hermanus and the South African Astronomical Observatory — a chance to see the region's space infrastructure firsthand before the conference begins.
